To receive aid from this resource, your child must be a student attending a school in the Ontario-Montclair school district. Then, the school’s outreach consultant will fill out a referral form along with the parents to make the child qualify for this care. Those with Medi-Cal and IEHP qualify.

Once you speak with a specialist, you can begin the testing, diagnosis, and treatment process. No form of insurance is accepted, however, once testing and treatment begin, you can apply for reimbursements with your insurance provider directly.
