✨ Rock light clothes, wear sunscreen, and check on kids, elders & pets ❤️
⚠️ Know the signs:
If someone’s dizzy, cramping, or overheated cool off, sip water, and get help if no improvement in 30 minutes.
Hot, red, confused, and not sweating? That’s a 9-1-1 moment. 🚨
