1. Stay Hydrated:
Between the heat and the excitement, don’t forget to drink water. Carry a reusable bottle everywhere!

2. Fuel Up Smart:
Enjoy the cake, but balance it with fruits, veggies, and protein-packed meals to keep your energy up.

3. Sleep Matters:
Late-night memories are fun, but aim for 7–8 hours of sleep when you can—your body and brain will thank you.

4. Protect Your Skin:
Sunscreen is your best friend at outdoor ceremonies and photo shoots. SPF 30 or higher!

5. Stay Active:
Even a short walk or dance session counts. Movement helps balance stress and boosts your mood.

6. Mind Your Mental Health:
